By accessing or using Editra at editra.app("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Editra is a free, browser-based photo and image editor. All processing occurs locally in your browser. We provide the Service "as is" and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time without notice.

You may use the Service to:

• Create and edit images for personal, educational, or commercial purposes.
• Export edited images for any lawful use.

You may not:

• Use the Service to create, edit, or distribute illegal, hateful, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service in ways that damage its availability.
• Misrepresent Editra as your own product or remove attributions.

You retain full ownership of all images and content you create using the Service. Because all editing occurs in your browser and nothing is uploaded to our servers, we never access, store, or claim any rights over your content.

The Editra name, logo, interface design, and source code are the intellectual property of Editra and its contributors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Editra and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Important: Because all work is processed client-side and not auto-saved, you are responsible for exporting and backing up your work. We are not liable for any unsaved data lost due to browser crashes, accidental refreshes, or power failures.

The Service uses Vercel for hosting and Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. Use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
